Meet Ryan

I’m Ryan Warren Mancini, a registered dietitian specializing in digestive health, with a focus on Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and other complex GI conditions.

My approach is personalized, evidence-based, and grounded in helping you feel confident in your food choices without unnecessary restriction.

My Background

I have a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, completed my Dietetic Internship at New York University (NYU Langone Medical Center) and have a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Brown University.

I previously worked for over six years as a dietitian at the Jill Roberts Center for Inflammatory Bowel Disease at Weill Cornell Medicine, where I attained and focused my expertise in providing personalized nutrition counseling to people navigating a broad range of complex gastrointestinal issues.

Through this experience, I saw firsthand how overwhelming nutrition advice can be—and how powerful personalized guidance can be when it’s done thoughtfully and practically.

My Approach

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets or overly restrictive approaches.

Instead, I focus on helping you understand your body, identify patterns, and build a sustainable way of eating that supports both your digestive health and your life.

A More Personal Note

Outside of my work, I value balance, simplicity, and enjoying food in a way that feels both nourishing and delicious.

I bring that same mindset into my work with clients—helping you find an approach that feels realistic, not overwhelming.
